The sheet was 48 inches square, so I plasma cut it down. This is the same sheet that later contributed to the llama plaques.
The guide holes had to extend through the shims.
This entailed a lot of drilling.
But in the end, the alignment was perfect.
The vertical spacing between shelves was initially uncertain, so to cover the leftover space, I added a strip.
And here it is, where it's supposed to reside.
However, it's still not even close to being done yet. There are literally thousands of dividers to make, which is going to require a whole separate fabrication process that I haven't gotten around to...
