These are the cleats for connected the panels.
Here's a dry fitting of the box.
And cleats being glued in and secured.
Once that was complete, the routing was done outside because it's a huge mess. Plus painting comes next, which is also outside.
Painting was done with a high-velocity, low-pressure air sprayer fed from the compressor downstairs.
The drawer interiors were primed earlier, then painted here. I wanted white for contrast, but the cream looked just fine.
This arrangement was just asking for an epic dominos accident.
So I had to avoid that somehow.
Adding a little kick panel to the bottom so the bottom drawer isn't too low.
