The quality of the traces is quite high. I make them thicker than necessary to account for defects. There's no point in trying to make the board super compact.
Just to be sure the new building had its safety systems in place, I checked the contractor's "professional" work. It looked like someone had taken a chainsaw to the boxes.
Five of the six 120VAC 20-amp lines had arced grounds. Arced against the box, mind you (see copper spatter to bottom left). Go figure...
