Even though there was a CAD design (in RhinoCAD), the cutout was manual because I didn't have the new CAM software (RhinoCAM) configured at this point. The cuts are crude, but they're hidden.
And no, they're not misaligned. The controls are not locked into place here, so there's some freedom.
